The following respond to the items in your November 25, 2014 letter.
1. Zoning note is adjusted.
2. The datum point is a tack in the concrete. This was used to establish the maximum ridge
height of IS'. See Sheet A6.
3. The surveyor did not locate the off -site rock walls. A note was added to the Site Plan.
4. Sheet Al shows Edmonds maximum height off average grade.
S. See Sheet C1 for building position relative to the front setback. The setback on the plan
sheet was a drafting error.
