1) Please revise the plan sheet 'BLDG Permit # 2014 to 'BLDG permit # BLD20141 10 1'.
PERMIT NUMBER ADDED TO TITLE BLOCK.
2) Since this property is only one lot at this time and a short plat has not been approved, please remove all
lines/references for future connections.
FUTURE CONNECTIONS REMOVED
a. Please keep in mind that during construction the City will not be able to approve the installation
of the storm line for the future connections unless the short plat civils have been approved and
issued.

1) it appears that a fire sprinkler system is required for this property. The existing water service line from
the watermain to the meter is not the appropriate size and a new tap will be required.
