The responses are shown per the Ws shown on the letter. The responses marked "done" are not included. Some additional notes have been added to address comments. Several revisions have been made in drafting mainly to sheet 3 to present a plan that is more clear and readable. 4. Note added to cover sheet "A separate right-of-way construction permit ...... .. NX1109, =n �, 11MIX, [ 101VOINUMN1110 6. The landscaping plan revised to show revisions with the 30-foot entrance. STORM DRAINAGE 7. The drawing has been revised and printed on the proper scale. 8. The handout E72 is enclosed. The proposed impervious surfacing is 5893 sq. ft. 9. A revised Stormwater Report is attached. 10. Revised calculations for detention are included using WWHM 2012 SHEET 1 OF 2: EROSION CONTROL AND GRADING PLAN 12. A detail has been show filter fabric protection for the alley catchbasins. The Construction Notes have been revised as requested per the following: 2. The revised detention calculations required a revision to the pipe lengths and the plans show 42 and 54 foot sections totaling 96 feet of the 30-inch detention pipe. 3. Plan revisions shoe a 12-inch catchbasins have been shown in both of the alley driveways. 4. The note has been revised for the correct wording. 5. Detail E 5.3 has been removed and the pipe materials noted. 6. Detail E 5.3 is added here. 7. Revised as necessary 8. The design has been revised to show catch basin in both driveways and connected directly to the 48-inch basins # 2 and 3. 11. All meters are shown a 3/4-inch. They will revised to 1-inch if the fire department requires the units to be sprinkled. 12. The driveway approach form Bell has been revised to 30 a width. 13. The landscaping strip is shown 18. The pipe is shown as concrete and an Inserta Tee is noted. 23. An invert for the sewer main has been added 24. The sleeving has been increase to 20 feet as required. The water line have been relocated to cross the middle of the sleeve. It should be installed at least 18 inches below the sewer line per city's requirement in #E86. Additional notes 25, 26 and 27 have been added to detail the drainage engineers requirements. 18, A concrete slab is noted for trash enclosure surfacing. 22. The trench drains have been removed and catch basin added. 23. Rim elevations have been revised to match. 25. Existing catch basin Grate and invert are shown on revise plan. 26. DIP is shown as pipe in Bell street to insure future stability. 27. Type -I catch basin shown in gutter line 29. Footing drains are shown around entire building and are outleting into the proposed catch basin in Bell Street gutter. 30. The 6--inch cleanout is noted as 12" cast lamphole cover with 112, " hexbolts. 32. Sanitary Sewer connection in alley has a call invert noted. The 6-inch side sewer is designed with 1.5% slope. See special note requiring existing invert elevation verification. 33. The crossing has a 20-foot sleeving as required. SHEET 4 OF 5: FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENT'S 34. The Frontage Improvement Plan has been revise for clarification. The propose street trees, 2-foot sawcut lines, sidewalk widths, utility locations and -various other item are noted. The species are noted on the plan. A revised DRAINAGE & DETENTION DESIGN NARRATIVE and Requirements for Small Sites Category # 2 Development is attached which clarifies most of the issues requested. The revised detention calculations are also enclosed for Minimum Requirement # 7 changes. The second page of the Requirement for Small Sites is enclosed which appears was misplaced in a pervious submittal. Notes have been added to the plans for soil composting and pavers runoff collection. The pavers detail has been removed. A special existing sanitary sewer invert elevation verification note has also been added.
