Atthe owner request, and in part to address some of the concerns raised so far, we are introducing a
partial structural revision of the main floor deck: the area above Rec room and Gym is now a new deck
system and it includes the demo of the existing deck. Also after opening the existing drywall we were
able to better measure the existing girder beams in the garage whose section is 4x14 (odd size for
dimensional wood; actual |s3.5"x13.25").
