During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that
the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review cannot be
performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the
'clouded' or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted
to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may
result in additional comments.
General Review Note:
1. Provide on the plans a representation of the complete gas piping system to be installed and
its sizing to guide proper review, installation, and inspection.
2. Provide on the plans a representation of the complete storm drainage system to be installed
and its sizing.
On sheet MI. 1 — Foundation Plumbing Plan:

a. Properly orient the 'north arrow' — it presently identifies 'west' as 'north'.

section than that permitted per Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) Table 703.2.
k. Clarify the omission of the ice and water dispenser, of the floor sink, and of the floor
drain in space '352' — Serving — as represented on sheets 'FS.01' and 'FS.02'.
On sheet M2.4 - 1/4 Scale Plumbing Plans:

a. Specify on the plans the required vent sizing for the fixtures/branches represented.
b. Clarify the omission of the floor drain in front of the 'Walk -In -Cooler' in space

e. Indicate on the plans at grille 'G2' the specified CFM for the return -air of rooftop
unit 'RT-3' in space '333' — Corridor.
f. Specify on the plans the complete 'item no.' for the grilles to be installed at the
