Please note that an updated complete drawing set was resubmitted on Tuesday, February 17th, with changes in response to review comments,
the existing crawl space being excavated to add 75sf of occupied space to the basement, and the building raised an additional 6 inches.
Response to plan review comments, plan check BLD2014-1217, fire:
Item
1. Rooms are labeled by room numbers, 1,2 & 3 (sheet A-1.1).
2. Fire sprinkler designer/installer will apply for & install an approved system (separate permit).
3. This permit is to retain current Business type B occupancy in entire building (basement & first floor). Future permit will apply for change of
use to R-1 occupancy on main floor (in conjunction with a new, unattached structure in existing parking lot, see approximate 2 -story building
footprint on sheet V1.0).
4. See sheet A5.0 drawing 6.
5. There will be no gas-fired furnace or appliances.
6. To be shown on sprinkler design (separate permit).
