A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments. Sheet A2.0 - OK Sheet A2.1 - OK Sheet A8.0 - OK Sheet A10.0 - OK Sheet A10.1 – OK Sheet S1.0 16.A section was cut across the driveway labeled 5/C1.0. No sheet C1.0 exists. Please revise. This item has not been addressed. Sheet S1.2 – OK Calculations 17.The garage slab, garage grade beams and driveway slab should all be designed to support a 3000# concentrated load over an area 4.5”x4.5“ located to produce the worst loading case per IBC Table 1607.1. Please provide calculations. No calculations for these elements could be found. Additional Items 1.Please provide calculations supporting the use of pipe piles to support the foundation, to be stamped and signed by a Washington State licensed engineer.
