A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments. 1.Provide lateral and gravity calculations along with any pertinent details for the detached garage to help guide proper review, construction and inspection. This item was not addressed. Please provide lateral and gravity calculations for the detached garage. Additional Item 2.Please provide calculations supporting the use of a pipe pile foundation to be stamped and signed by a Washington State licensed engineer.
