4. Non -Conforming structure:
a. Response to building's cornment is covered in the bldg. dept. response letter and the
plans.
b. Garage eves at the non -conforming portion have been reduced to conform to the
existing eaves and the garage mass does riot exceed the existing garage mass. See
profile of existing garage on the north elevation.
d. Profile of the existing roof is delineated and dimensioned on the north elevation, and
the eves on the garage have been reduced to not exceed the existing garage roof.
