Tri-County Land Surveying has placed a spike in the south side of the 36" Douglas Fir tree on Lot 1 which will be protected during construction. This spike is referenced on the site plan. The surveyor has affirmed that the height of this spike is consistent with the survey topographic lines thus the height calculations on the site plan and the elevation sheets (A1.1 & A1.2) do not need to be revised.
