Below is our response to your comments dated February 20, 2015, regarding the above referenced
building permit.
General
1. The allowable impervious totals have been added to the impervious area chart.
Water
1. A sprinkler system will be installed.
a. A note stating the 1" meter will be installed adjacent to 88th Ave W has been added to the
plan
b. The water line has been labled.
2. The water line has been moved away from the sewer providing the 10' minimum separation.
3. The water line has been moved away from the dry utilities providing the 3' minimum separation.
Sewer
1. There is now 10' minimum separation from the water line.
2. The pipe size and material has been noted.
3. An invert height has been noted adjacent to the house.
Storm
1. The note for footing and roof drains has been clarified.

This memo is provided in response to your comments dated January 28, 2014, regarding the above
referenced building permit.
1. Tri -County Land Surveying has placed a spike in the south side of the 36" Douglas Fir tree on Lot
1 which will be protected during construction. This spike is referenced on the site plan. The
surveyor has affirmed that the height of this spike is consistent with the survey topographic lines
thus the height calculations on the site plan and the elevation sheets (A1.1 & A1.2) do not need
toberevised.
