Below is our response to your comments dated February 23, 2015, regarding the above referenced
building permit.
General
1. The allowable impervious totals have been added to the impervious area chart.
2. The existing driveway and garage have been removed.
Water
1. A sprinkler system will be installed.
a. A note stating the 1" meter will be installed adjacent to 88th Ave W has been added to the
plan
b. The water line has been labled.
2. The water line has been moved away from the sewer providing the 10' minimum separation.
3. The water line has been moved away from the dry utilities providing the 3' minimum separation.
Sewer
1. There is now 10' minimum separation from the water line.
2. The pipe size and material has been noted.
3. An invert height has been noted adjacent to the house.
Storm
1. The note has been added to clarify the sheet flow direction to the water quality cell.
