All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.g.4 y by choosing Permit Assistance: 1. The city is unaware of any action requiring the demolition of the structure attached to the west side of the building. If the owner wants to demo it, please contact your permit coordinator for a demo permit. Response: The structure shall remain. Please see plans previously revised and resubmitted on March 4, 2015. 2. If the structure shall remain, please submit encroachment permit application for the portion of the canopy extending over the right of way. The handout E26 Encroachment Permit Submittal Requirements is available on our website and includes the application. Response: The portion of canopy extending over the right of way is to be demolished. Please see revised site plan 1/A0.11. 3. Are you adding a trash enclosure for the garbage cans? If so, please review the Engineering Handout E37 Garbage and Recycle Enclosure and Access Policy. Provide dimensions on site plan and identify access, and provide a detail in plans. Response: No trash enclosure is to be added. 4. Existing power pole is shown in the wrong location on plans.
