The following is the response to the February 19, 2015 Review correction notice received from the
Engineering Department and the March 3, 2015 letter received from the Building Department which are
attached to this letter. The corrections are clouded on the drawings and indicated with a delta 1.
A 1:10 scale full site plan has been included which indicated the proposed area of work for this project on
sheet A2.

Item 1.a.. As per my email I would like to correct the scope of work per our original intent for this
project We have added this note to the coversheet Al. fi el. � � � . � Q
"SCOPE OF WORK:
To improve the existing ADA parking space for maximum slopes of 2% grades and to provide an
accessible pathway from the parking space to the existing building entry by resurfacing the existing
walkway and constructing a new 1:12 slope ramp in compliance with ADA standards for ramps and
railings."
Item 1.b. and 1.c. a note has been add and the partial site plan on sheet Al has been revised.

Item 2. the Detail 1 has been revised and corrected as has Detail 2.
Item 3. The ramp framing Detail 3 and rail Detail have been revised and corrected
Item 4. Detail 5 has remained unchanged as per the explanation on Sheet Al above.
