The topo survey submitted with the plans gives this elevation as 353.66.1 have identified this on the site plan and added it to the average grade calc in the "Project Data" page attached to page 1. 2. Setbacks for patios: I have deleted the entry walkway patio so now it is only a walkway, reducing the impervious surface area by 74 sq ft. The rear patio slab for the spa has been moved southward so its closet edge is 10'-0" from the top of slope and no longer intrudes into the sideyard setback. The rear patio area did not change.
