The following is my response to your comments dated February 24, 2015
1 s 2) omega Engineering is responding to these items.
5) Note has been added that all walls on main floor are nein.
4) The height calculations have been revised and the max allowable height has
been reduced 1-3/1�", the actual height is shown on A-1 and building section
on A-6
5) The portion of deck on the south side that was encroaching on the side yard
has been removed, the fireplace remains.
The kitchen "bumpout"has not been removed from the drawing, I have added a
note that states "This cantilever shown cannot extend into side yard setback,
Field verify if, this possible as shown, this can be reduced to 6"if
measurements allow, delete if less that 6" "
