I have addressed your concerns as follows:
1. Decks and stairs: I have noted on the site plan and the building talcs. site plan that none of
the stairs and decks are over 30" above existing grade.
2. Height Calculations:
a. The daturn point is the bottom of the utility pole located at the southwest corner, just
outside the property.
b. Average Height is indicated under "Height Calcs." under "Lot Coverage."
c. I will confirm that your copies of the elevations have the information you require.
3. Lot Coverage: I have supplied a new, reduced site plan to illustrate the structures and their
square footage that apply to the lot coverage calculations.
