A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments. General Plan Review Note: 1.Indicate on the plans that the proposed structures to be installed on the site are factory-built commercial structures to be approved by, and bear the insignia of, the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries per Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 43.22.455. All used factory-built structures must also bear the insignia or be regulated as a moved structure per International Building Code (IBC) 3410 (w/Washington State amendment). 2.Indicate on the plans the construction classification of the proposed structures per IBC 602. 3.Indicate on the plans the occupant load of the proposed structures per IBC Table 1004.1.2. On sheet A-312/Blazer Industries sheet A-1 – Floor Plan: 4.Provide on the plans the information regarding the specifications of the doors marked ‘3’. On sheet A-313/Blazer Industries sheet A-2 – Section A-A: 5.Material List – Roof – Insulation a.Change on the plans the required insulation value from ‘R-42’ to ‘R-49’ per Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) Table C402.2. b.Indicate on the plans the required rafter space ventilation per IBC 1203.2 (w/Washington State amendment).
