4. Height Calculations:
a) Datum point has been identified at NW corner of site. Had surveyor set a stake.
b) Line types have been improved to make it easier to read.
c) Height rectangle is correct. Overhangs have been reduced to 30" to comply with
building area requirements.
d) Base elevation is and refers to the average original grade calculation shown on AC1.
They are identified with the same designation BASE ELEVATION in both locations.
