A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments. On sheet A-1.0 – Site Plan: 1.Clarify the difference in the work proposed on the exterior of the building and plumbing and of that noted on the permit application. The scope of work must be consistently represented on the construction documents to guide proper review, installation, and inspection. On sheet A-2.0 – Plans Sheet: 2.Construction Plan – Change on the plans the sheet number of the elevation detail reference ‘A’ in space ‘206’ – Private Office – from ‘D-2’ to ‘D-1’. 3.Wall Schedule & Symbols – New Building Standard Sound Partition – Change on the plans the sheet number of the referenced details from ‘D-2’ to ‘D-1’. 4.Door Schedule – Type B - Change on the plans the sheet number of the referenced details from ‘D-2’ to ‘D-1’. 5.Hardware Groups – Type B a.Change on the plans the sheet number of the referenced details from ‘D-2’ to ‘D-1’. b.Indicate on the plans the requirement that when in the fully open position, operating hardware on sliding doors shall be exposed and usable from both sides per International Code Council (ICC) A117.1-2009 section 404.2.6. Such hardware shall have a shape that is easy to grasp with one hand and does not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist to operate. 6.Lighting Calculations – Update on the plans the provided information using the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) Compliance Forms for Commercial Buildings – Interior Lighting Summary.
