Re: Letter of Approval for Deck Work
The Seville Condominium has 4 units and each unit's deck is scheduled for work to be
done to make necessary repairs. We have contracted with Pacific Building Envelope
Inc. to make the deck repairs as detailed in drawings provided by J2 Building Consultant
Architects. The deck repairs have been bid at a cost of Thirty five thousand and fifty
three dollars which does not exceed 5% of the value of our property. The tax assessed
value of the Seville units is about $1,368,000. We authorize PBE to acquire a permit on
our behalf. Thank you.
