Detail D1 — Floor Plan — Unit E: Indicate on the plans the type of hardware to be used on door'E12A' in space 'El 2A' — Quiet Room. There does not appear to be any door hardware information (beyond keyed lockset information) on the 'Door Schedule' on sheet 'A-1 13'. Response: Existing hardware to be relocated for door E12A is a Securitron Fail-safe Electromagnetic Lock, BPS -12-1 Power Supply, and PB5 Push Button. There will be no lockset on this door. See revised door schedule and added Comment 1 on drawing A-113. 2. Detail A5 — Floor Plan — Unit G: a. Clarify the indicated placement of the duct/louver penetration openings in the north wall of space 'G308' — Band - marked '11'. They do not appear to meet the 4 foot minimum separation requirement per referenced detail 'Al/A-531'. Response: The supply air duct has been shifted west to maintain a minimum 4'-0" separation per detail Al/A-531. See revised drawing M-301. b. Provide on the plans a detail, and a reference to it, for the required construction of the stairs, handrails, and guards (as applicable) in space 'G310' — Storage — meeting the requirements of International Building Code (IBC) sections 1009, 1012, and 1013 respectively. Response: The stairs shown in space G310 have been deleted. Please see revised drawing A5/A-113 for stair location at the northeast corner of the room and the accessible lift and associated platform and guardrails in Storage [G3101. Please see details D1 and D3 on A-531 for platform and guardrail details. 3. Detail 01 — Enlarged Plan — Toilet F200A — Alternate 1: Indicate on the plans the required width of the door and hardware meeting the requirements of International Code Council (ICC) Al 17.1-2009 section 404.2.2 and section 404.2.6. Please see revised drawings A-113 and M-301. DESIGN REVISIONS Commercial Permit Application: 1. The quantity of sinks in the plumbing fixture count is still "2;" however, we have deleted a sink at Toilet [F200A] and added a mop sink at Custodian [Room G307]. See additional notes below at drawing M-301. Drawing G-002: 1. Drawing index has been updated. Portable sheets (A-311 through A-322) have been removed as they are being reviewed in a separate permit (BLDs2015-0463 - 0464 -0465). Drawing A-101: 1. Al/A-101: Through the permit corrections process for the Portable permit review, the site plan has been updated with portable height and setback information. 2. E4/A-101: A note has been added to the sloped sidewalk enlarged plan to, smooth grade last sidewalk panel (5' min) to match existing walk grades. Drawing A-113: 1. Drawing A5/A-113: a. A mop sink has been added at Custodian [Room G307]. See additional notes below at drawing M-301. b. A section detail callout (D5/A-531) has been added at the band wall at the existing stage risers. c. A handrail has been added to the north side of the stair at the northeast corner of the Band room and the landing dimensions increased. 2. Door Schedule: a. Alternate 2 has been deleted. b. Comment 2 has been added at Door G308. Drawing A-531: 1. Drawing D5/A-531: A section detail at Band wall and Existing Steps has been added. Drawing M-301: 1. A mop sink/faucet/vacuum breaker has been added to Custodian [Room G3071. Modify existing plumbing in same location to connect to new fixture. Drawing FS1.01: 1. Item 10 Reach -in Refrigerator was changed from a 3 -door unit to separate 1 -door and 2 -door refrigerators per the District's request. 2. Item 18 Clean Dishtable is shown shortened to allow for the 16" minimum separation between it and the Item 16 Work Table with Prep Sink. Drawing FS1.03: 1. A new E5 electrical connection was added to accommodate the Item 10 revision described under Sheet FS -101 above. Snohomish Health District Approval Letters, see attached for the following: 1.
