During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. Civil Sheets 0100 and 0101: 1. Please provide total existing impervious surface, and total new impervious surface. A/E Response — Table listing surface quantities added to sheet C100 2. Add note to plans to state that the portables are being placed on existing impervious surface and will be temporary with the length of time estimated. A/E Response — Note has been added to plait on sheet 000 3. Please call out the five parking spaces along the access road. A/E Response — Staffparking spaces have been noted, see revised plans 4. Please provide width of the access road at each gate. A/E Response — Dimensions have been added to each gate, see revised plans 5. Add dimensions to the turn around on sheet C 101. A/E Response — Dimensions have been added along existing drive aisle and fire lane, see revised plans 6. Add dimensions to the turn circle. A/E Response — bus pick-up and drop-off area is identified, see revised plans 8. Call out the gas equipment and the power pole that cause the pinch point at the south gate. A/E Response — Existing gas equipment and utility pole annotated, see revised plans 9. Note signage that prohibits all traffic other than buses and staff to pass the gate noting if existing or proposed. A/E Response — New signs added to plan sheet C-101, "Authorized Vehicles Only" at either side of gate. Existing "Authorized Vehicles Only" sign on second gate to remain. Design Revisions: 1. Added approximately 1,525 square feet of AC overlay to account for depressed pavement at play area. 2. Added approximately 1,080 square feet of grind and AC overlay south of play area to restore weathered pavement surface. Page 2 of 2
