BUILDING PLANS REVIEW COMMENTS
1. Fuel Gas: Btu's of individual pieces of equipment have been added to sheets A2.1 and A2.2..
2. AC1 Energy Notes:
a) Note B, duct fasteners and air leakage test requirements have been incorporated into
note.
b\ Note F,changed asrequested.
3. ACI Energy notes:
a\ Note C,Air leakage rate requirements and posting have been identified as being in
accordance with SEC 402.4and SCE 4O2.4.1.2respectively.
4. AZ.1First Floor Plan:
a> The sections have been changed this time tobecorrect.
5. A2.2 Second Floor Plan:
a\ The sections have been changed this time to be correct.
b\ Sliding glass door width has been corrected on plan so it matches door type and exterior
elevation.
6. A3.1 Exterior Elevations, Guardrail detail: Notes have been changed to show maximum 4 3/8"
sphere requirements and distance between bars on handrail noted to be 4".
7. A4.1 Building Sections, Sections 2&4:These two sections were incorrectly drawn and have now
been redrawn so they show the proper walls where they cut through the building.
8. A6.2 Detail 10: Reference to "O/41.2" has been removed and Zmetal that i\ referred tois
included at top ofdetail.
9. S1Structural notes: The reinforcing schedule has been changed toitmatches the reinforcing
called out indetails.
10. 32 Details A8' B;
a\ Details 8, Ca||nut 3A/82was changed to34/S4.
b\ Details B,CaU|out2/62was changed to2/S4.
11. S2 Details A & B; 4x6's have been changed to 48 to coordinate with detail callouts.
12. S2 Foundation Plan: Dimension between centerline of steel tubes of braced frame has been
coordinated with 4/32.
13. S3 Second Floor Framing Plan:
a) Beam with wall load above has been change toS1/8"x12GL8.

a) Deck on north side of house has been removed. Correct overhangs and details are now
shown.

PLANNING REVIEW COMMENTS
1. Height calculations have been confirmed and height is called out on site plan and building
elevations.
Z. Building has been modified tncomply with building area requirements. Building area drawing
has been provided on sheet Al. Area includes exterior stair area that is more than 30" above
grade and roof overhang area that isgreater than 3O".
