1. Utilities are shown on civil drawings, all utilities have been removed from this sheet as
requested.
2. Driveway curb cut has been widened to 12' wide and transitions are shown at sidewalk to make
accessible.
a) Approach has been revised to comply with E2.26
b) Impervious area calculations have been adjusted.
c) 2' asphalt cut has been shown at new curb cut.
3. Sheet has been updated with changes made to other plans.
4. Separation has been shown at utility boxes as requested.
5. Item has been removed from plans as requested.
6. Fence:
a) Corner of fence has been angled to improve site distance.
b) Wood fence has been identified on drawings.
