As such, the following requirements must be met: 1. The building enclosure design documents must be `stamped' by a licensed engineer or architect. RESPONSE: Design documents are stamped by a licensed engineer. 2. The building enclosure design documents must contain a `stamped' statement by the person `stamping' the building enclosure documents in substantially the following form: "The undersigned has provided building enclosure documents that in my professional judgement are appropriate to satisfy the requirements of RCW 64.55.005 through 64.55.090.". RESPONSE: "The undersigned has provided building enclosure documents that in my professional judgement are appropriate to satisfy the requirements of RCW 64.55.005 through 64.55.090." statement is added to the design document.
