Hi Jenifer,
Correction to drawing as follows:
SITE PLAN
GENERAL
1. "Grading and Erosion Control Plan" shown @ 1" = 20". Erosion control shown on "SITE
PLAN, DRAINAGE and UTILITY PLAN" (i.e. filter fence and infiltration pit protection)
2. "Drainage and Utility Plan" included on "SITE PLAN, DRAINAGE and UTILITY PLAN" (utilities
highlited in colors).
3. All changes are included on "SITE PLAN".
4. Reference to CITY OF EDMONDS has been removed from detail.
5. Sidewalks and curb/gutter has been added to SITE PLAN and CITY OF EDMONDS standard
details have been add to drawing.
GRADING AND EROSION CONTROL
1. Appropriate temporary erosion control measures have been added to SITE PLAN and detail
included.
2. Protection from compaction for the proposed infiltration pits is shown on SITE PLAN.
3. There are no significant trees or structures directly adjacent to subject site. The aerial photo
on Sheet Al shows the adjacent structures and trees. The small shed, in the southeast
corner, has been removed as a condition to the LOT BOUNDRY ADJUSTMENT.
DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES PLAN
GENERAL
1. All utilities are shown on the SITE PLAN and highlited in colors.
2. Sidewalks and curb/gutter has been added to SITE PLAN and CITY OF EDMONDS standard
details have been add to drawing.

1. Water main located in Bell St. is shown on SITE PLAN.
2. a. Water service line from the main to the house is shown on the SITE PLAN.
b. Water meter location shown on SITE PLAN such that the back of the meter box is located
at the property line.
c. Note added that a 1" meter is to be installed.
d. Pipe material, size and note tracer wire required are noted on SITE PLAN.
1. Sewer Main located in Bell Street shown on SITE PLAN.
2. Sewer line from house to main shown on SITE PLAN and highlited in color.
3. Sewer connection appear to be new and requires "ROMAC INSERTA TEE". Note added to
SITE PLAN.
4. Pipe size and material noted on SITE PLAN. Main to property line 6" (Sch 35) and property
line to house 4" (Sch 35).
5. Note added to SITE PLAN„ 6" cleanout at property line with a 12 " cast iron lamphole cover
the %" hexbolts.
6. Clean out shown on SITE PLAN at house, within 2 feet of exit location.
7. Inverts elevations of sewer at house and Main shown on SITE PLAN. At 2% slope sewer will
have to intercept Main approximately 15ft. west of property line in the right a way.
1. The square footage of the impervious area for the added driveway and apron are calculated
and shown on the "IMPERVIOUS AREA" calculations but at this point are not included in the
sizing of the infiltration pit.
2. Trench drain has been added to the south driveway (not west) and connected to the
downspout drainage system and was included in the IMPERVIOS AREA calculations.
3. All pipes are connected to the catch basin in the driveway at the northeast corner of the
garage before discharging into the infiltration system.
4. Rim and invert elevations included for all pipes in catch basin.
5. Observation well shown in infiltration pit.
6. Footing and rockery drains are shown and infiltration pit has been added.
DRY UTILITIES
1. All utilities are shown on SITE PLAN and highlited in colors to show separation.
