Thank you for the review notes dated 11/5/14. The following comments are keyed to your #s.
1. Support of Special Trusses (shortened) between Master bedroom and bath.
Beam has been added below N end of Special Trusses.
Post at end of girder truss increased to 6x6 and 46 added at W end of new beam.
New footing below post increased in size.

ii. 1/2 Main Floor Framing — posts shown, footing increased, notes amended

Included please find a USB drive with images of the original permit set from 1976 for construction of the
home. Karen Anderson is the daughter of the builders of the home and it has been in family ownership
ever since. Mrs. Anderson and her siblings were raised in the bedrooms in question and they are shown
(with notations) on the original plans.
Please refer to the 5th and 6th images (full page and plan only) to see both the inclusion of the rooms and
notes made during plan review (ie.: requirement for smoke detector).
The drawings show there age and use as a construction set and have been brought in and shown to the
staff coordinating the counter. Should another image be required please let me know, or if you would
