I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:

Please modify your site plan to identify a datum point in accordance with informational handout
B41 (copy attached) and amend the four height locations accordingly. Instead of starting with a
datum point of zero please have the datum Point at +100 per the informational height handout.

of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office
