This letter outlines the revisions and corrections made per your engineering plan review comments dated
September 10, 2015. Below is a list of the comment response documents addressing your comments and request:
GENERAL
1) Please show the location of the on -street parking.
a. If on -street parking is to be used during the demo and grading of this site, please note the square
footage of the area proposed to be used and the length of time the area will be used for.
Disruption fees will be assessed for closures over 72 hours.
Existing on -street parking added to plans; no use of existing on -street parking for demo/grading
proposed at this time.
2) Please provide a haul route.
Traffic Control Plan with haul route add to plan set.
3) Please provide a traffic control plan.
a. Please note that a truck and trailer is not pennitted in this area. Only a single truck may be used.

4) The plans show that the construction entrance will be off of the alley. Is this feasible?
Yes, single truck to access site from alley.
5) Please revise the CB Inlet protection note to state that the CB inlet protection will added to any catch
basins downstream from the subject site per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3.
CB Inlet Protection note revised as requested.
6) Show the sewer being cut and capped at the property line. If this cannot be achieved due to the rockery,
you may cut and cap the sewer immediately north of the existing rockery.
Ex. sewer service with note to cut and cap added to plan as requested.
7) Note on the plans the water being cut and capped at the meter and that an AVB will be installed.
Ex. water service to be cut and capped at meter and AVB installed note added as requested.
