Fire Review Comments Comment #1 a Changes have been made and bubbles -fi r4z- OF EDMOND, Comment #2 0 Corridors outside of project suite (surrounding project suite) are rated because they are B -occupancy corridors that serve occupant loads greater than 30 in an unsprinklered building — they serve multiple suites with multiple tenants. The corridors within the project suite simply allow exit access — serving no more than 17 occupants due to paths of egress travel (see revised Life Safety Plan A0.21 indicating the maximum number of occupants that would be directed to exit through any corridor). Comment #3 The two corridors within suite 240 have been labeled CORRIDOR on the Life Safety Plan A0.21. Comment #4 • Changes have been made and bubbled Comment #5 • Changes have been made and bubbled. Note that doors 201A and 203A serve only 17 and 6 occupants respectively, but that changing the swing is easily accomplished. Note also that the occupant load has been recalculated at 63, but that this recalculation is not used to benefit any aspect of exiting — the reduction of 7 occupants has not changed any of our calculations or responses Comment #11 • See Electrical comments attached Comment #12 • See Electrical comments attached Sincerely, Jeanelle Owens fiIn's f t 425 778,1530 21911 76th Ave W, Suite 210 f Incorporated in the State of Washington , f 425 774,7803 Edmonds WA 98026 www, tgbarchitects, com Via" 4 Stantec Memo To: Jeanelle Owens From: Joseph Godwin TGB Architects Stantec - Lynnwood Office File: Permit Fire Marshall Review Date: September 21, 2015 Comments Project Number: B19192 Reference: BLDG2015-0949 SMG Urgent Care 21600 Highway 99 #240 Jeanelle, I spoke to John Westfall Fire Marshall regarding Comment # 11 and Comment # 12.
