Hi Nick,
Thanks for opportunity to give you a price on the Toppot-Salish landscape.
I looked over the drawing the architect ,Jeff Oaklief, sent over to me.

Subgrades excavated as per detail for topsoil & mulch depths.
Includes machinery, dumping fees, trucking, and labor --------------------- $ 2,500.00
The landscape portion comes to --------------------------------------------------- $13,750.00
This includes the plantings, the soil amendment, topsoil, mulch, fertilizer, staking, machinery, and
labor.
4" topsoil for landscape areas and 12" soil/amendment for retention areas.
I figured about 4days w/4guys.
The irrigation portion comes out to ------------------------------------------------ $ 3,400.00
Includes all labor and materials to complete with rainbird parts.
Irrigation sleeves installed where needed --------------------------------------- $ 1,200.00
