The Camelot HOA Board has reviewed your proposed project scope of work as submitted;.

The board approves the Tyler Renovation project subject to the following requirements;
1. The unit owner will provide written documentation verifying the contractor's license, bonding and
insurance status.
2. The unit owner will obtain a building permit from the City of Edmonds for any and all work
requiring permits.
3. The unit owner will obtain electrical permit from the Department of Labor and Industries.
4. The unit owners contractors will abide by Camelot Condominium Contractor Guidelines dated July
8, 2015.
S. Discuss the scope of the project during a meeting between board representatives, the unit owner,
the HOA contractor, and the unit owner's contractor.
