Your review comments (in italics) and our corresponding responses are shown below.
Revisions complying with your comments have been incorporated into the construction
plan sheets.
Buildiniz Exterior
Please indicate whether any changes are proposed to the building exterior
materials and colors that were reviewed and approved as part of the associated
design review application (PLN20140071) for both the Taos and Cheyenne
restrooms. See attached color elevation views for reference. If any changes are
proposed, please provide a revised color elevation view indicating all proposed
changes.
No changes are proposed for the building exterior materials and colors.
Setbacks
2. The Commercial Waterfront (CW) zone requires that buildings be set back a
minimum of 15 feet landward of the bulkhead. According to information
submitted during the associated shoreline permit and design review applications
(PLN20140070 and 71), they Cheyenne Restroom was stated as being 72 feet -
landward of the bulkhead and the Taos restroom was stated as 25 feet landward
of the bulkhead. Please confirm that there has been no changes to the proximity
of the proposed restrooms to the bulkhead and indicate the minimum 15' setback
from the bulkhead on the site plan.
