Dear Mike,
Please find our responses to your review letter dated October 26, 2015:
1. Patio: Moved to East wall to conform to latest AIA changes.
2, Structural Coverage: Numbers are revised based upon the individual Lot Area as
indicated. Changes occurred prior to your conversation with Rick. No significant
effect on Coverage compliance.
3. Height Calculation; Rounded down rather than up so the average ground elevation
was 18 8.3 8 vs 188.39. No significant impact on building plan has occurred.
4. Wetland issues were approved as part of the Approved Short Plat Engineering and
in accordance with your conversation with Rick Bynum have not been addressed
here.
According to Mr. Bynum, performance bonds are in place.
