Project: Forbes remodel -deck repair
Project Address: 21403 95`h Avenue W
During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that
the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review cannot be
performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the
`clouded' or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted
to a Permit Coordinator.
Resubmittals must be made at the Development Services Department on the 2"d Floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm. 'The Permit Center is closed on
Wednesdays.

1. Existing Main Floor Plan - Indicate on the plans the required construction to support the
loads below the north end of the beam used to replace the section of wall in the `Kitchen' as
indicated on sheet `3'. The point load appears to fall beyond the wall of the `Hall'.

2. Existing Dec ng Plan — Clarify the callout for the 12x12 footings for the
middle two of the four footings indicated for the north -most deck. They appear to be
undersized per IRC Table R401.4.1.
3. Existing Deck Section — Indicate on the plans the required minimum depth of the footing
below the undisturbed ground surface of 12 inches per IRC R403.1.4.
