A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator. nd Resubmittals must be made at the Development Services Department on the 2 Floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm. The Permit Center is closed on Wednesdays. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments. On sheet A0.00 – General Information: 1.Drawing List – Phase II Permit – Change on the plans the sheet numbered ‘A5.10’ to ‘A5.12’. On sheet A2.01 – Entry Level Floor Plan: 2.Entry Level Floor Plan a.Clarify the callout for the ’75 gallon 93% minimum efficiency’ water heater. It does not appear to reflect that required per the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) Table 406.2 option ‘5.b’ selected on sheet ‘A0.00’ – General Information – Energy Code Information. Typically the only water heaters with an EF (energy factor) of 0.82 and above are tankless water heaters. b.Indicate on the plans the method to be used to provide the required whole-house mechanical ventilation per International Residential Code (IRC) M1507.3. On sheet A2.02 – Roof Plan: 3.Roof Plan – Clarify the reference to sheet ‘A5.70’ for the axonometric diagram of the typical corner trim detail. Sheet ‘A5.70’ could not be found among the submitted construction documents and a corresponding detail could not be found among those provided. On sheet A2.03 – Reflected Ceiling and Electrical Plan: 4.RCP/Electrical Plan – Eliminate the conditional language after the word ‘units’ to reflect the amended code language adopted by the Washington State Building Code Council per IRC R315.1. On sheet A5.12 – Typical Roof & Window Details – Membrane Roof/Vinyl Windows: 5.Details 1, 4, and 16 – Clarify the references to sheet ‘A8.5’ and associated details regarding sheet metal roofing/visors. Sheet ‘A8.5’ could not be found among the submitted construction documents and corresponding details could not be found among those provided. On sheets S2.1 and S2.2: 6.Change the orientation of the ‘North Arrow’ to coincide with that referenced on the ‘architectural’ and ‘site’ plans. On sheet S2.1 – Foundation Plan: 7.Indicate on the plans the minimum required ‘widened’ footings to support the loads noted in the provided structural calculations below the east ends of the 5-1/8x13-1/2 GLBs over the ‘Dining Room’. On sheet S2.2 – Roof Framing Plan: 8.Roof Framing Plan – Indicate on the plans the proposed method of transferring the roof lateral loads to the resistive elements below along the east wall of the ‘Living/Dining/Kitchen’.
