It does not appear to meet the mechanical exhaust ventilation requirements per International Mechanical Code (IMC) 401.2/Table 403.3. b.Provide on the plans a detail, and a reference to it, for the construction of the required one-hour fire-resistance rated exterior wall construction of the north wall of the proposed storage structure per IBC Table 602. 2.Code Analysis - Indicate on the plans the construction classification of the proposed storage structure per IBC 602.
