Permit Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm and from 8:30am-12pm on Wednesdays.

1.Site Plan
a.Clarify the proposal to install gravity openings to provide ventilation for the
proposed storage structure. It does not appear to meet the mechanical exhaust
ventilation requirements per International Mechanical Code (IMC) 401.2/Table
403.3.
b.Provide on the plans a detail, and a reference to it, for the construction of the
required one-hour fire-resistance rated exterior wall construction of the north wall of
the proposed storage structure per IBC Table 602.
2.Code Analysis - Indicate on the plans the construction classification of the proposed storage
structure per IBC 602.
