for the purposes of obtaining a building permit. During a review of the plans by the Building
Division for compliance with the applicable building codes, it was found that the following

A complete review cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a
written response indicating where the clouded or otherwise highlighted changes can be
found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit Coordinator.

Resubmittals must be made at the Development Services Department on the 2
Floor of City
Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm. The Permit Center is closed
on Wednesdays.
On sheet M-1:
1.Site/Roof Plan - Provide on the plans information regarding the installation, performance,
and operation of the existing hood to remain represented in the Front View detail. The
proposed hood to be installed under this permit cannot have an effect, or be affected, by the
operation of the existing hood and its components (makeup air unit location, exhaust fan
location, etc.).
2.Section Elevation View Indicate on the plans the required installation of the field-applied
grease duct enclosure (duct wrap) from the point at which the duct originates upwards
toward the duct termination per IMC 506.3.11.2 and the product manufacturer.
3.Front View
a.Indicate on the plans the required installation of the field-applied grease duct
enclosure (duct wrap) from the point at which the duct originates upwards toward the
duct termination per IMC 506.3.11.2 and the product manufacturer.
