3. I'm not sure why this comment is under the sheet 2 comments. Sheet 1 (ie SWPPP and
Grading Plan) previously noted existing curb and wall to be removed. Additionally, these
items to be removed are not shown on sheet 2 which also signifies its removal. Maybe this
comment was only meant for site plan edits?
4. New Comment — Impervious areas have not changed with civil plan edits. Site plan to be
updated accordingly to match civil plans.

additional notes have been added to the driveway section detail noting no 2' gravel
transition strip allowed in public right-of-way along with 6" depth compost amended soils
beneath 2' gravel spreader.

4. Added surface flow direction to drawing for aid. Yes, portions of the driveway near 93rd
Place slope more southwestern than southerly but there will still be a low point installed in
the driveway to the east of the garage to facilitate driveway runoff through the adjacent
vegetated area. Additionally, even if more driveway runoff reaches the low point in the
driveway than just the standard perpendicular slope direction, there is so much available
vegetated flow path to the south of the driveway to account for any potential additional
driveway runoff. By this, the longest potential flow path on the driveway to the gravel
spreader is approximately 401-F of surface flow. Per drainage manual specs, 10LF of
vegetated flow required per 20LF of surface runoff. Assuming worst case for max
driveway surface flows for this would result in a minimum vegetated flow path of
approximately 201-F. Currently there is approximately 52LF of flow path from the edge of
driveway to the south boundary line resulting in more than double the available flow path.
