Applicant will provide completed special inspection form and acknowledges the
requirement for building enclosure inspection.
2. See additional notes in regards to footing construction on A3. See additional
footing for P1-6" walls on the plans. See note in regards to HDU11 installation on
A3.
3. Elevator has been redesigned. One elevator will be used to service all 3 floors. We
have a model number and we have designed the plans to meet the specifications
and clearances required by the manufacturer. Applicant to provide shop
drawings and specifications for the elevator. Shaft will be constructed with one
hour construction per plans. Elevator meets the requirements of ICC A117.1-
2009 section 408.4. Wall mounted water heaters in laundry area are shown for
each unit
4. No water heater pan drains are required. Outdoor air note shown on plans. Width
of noted doors has been increased to meet ASA requirements. All bathrooms have
been revised to meet code requirements. Code references revised on plans per
letter. Shower depths increased on plans. Toilet clearances revised. Threshold
note added at great room slider.
5. CO2 detector added on lower level. Code references revised. Exit passageway
revised so elevator does not open into it. Detail revised
6. Blocking note revised. Clearances noted at bathrooms. See note in regards to
