Per Plan Check # 2015-0963 dated Aug26,_2015 by Mute Clugston. AICP
1) Fence: Note pertaining to the fence was removed. Fence as constructed meets the
requirements of ECDC 17.30 and is no more than 6ft in height.
2) Proposed Deck: This item was removed from the scope of work. The doors requiring an exterior
landing were removed and replaced by windows.
Per Plan Check # 2015-0963 dated' Se t 11 2015 by Andrew Gahan
1) The note indicating "Not for Construction" was removed. These are the plans intended for
permitting and construction.
2) The scales were adjusted to accommodate the % size set (11x17 instead of ANSI D)
3) See sheet AR_105 for the first floor framing plan. There are section callouts on this page with
"Bugs" indicating the sheet and view number for the section / elevation views found on sheets
AR -400 & AR -405
4) Additional dimensions have been added to the framing plan
5) The note regarding battery operated smoke detectors was removed. Per code there are no
smoke detectors required in this new room as it is neither a sleeping area nor adjacent to a
sleeping area. The existing residence already meets the requirements for smoke and CO2
detectors. The proposed addition does not affect those requirements.
6) Per the "Washington State Energy Code, Residential Provisions" Table 406.2 "Energy Credits":
The addition will meet option "1a" for the required 0.5 energy credit by utilizing new Milgard
Tuscany windows with U=0.30, R19 Insulation in the walls, and R30 Insulation in the floor.
Per Plan Check # 2015-0963 dated Sept 18°2015 by Jeanie McConnell
1) The site plan has been revised to show the storm drain
2) The title report for our property makes no mention of an easement. We would like to go
through the process and have the easement recorded against the property.
