The following are our responses to your plan review comment letter dated July 9t', 2015
in the order of your comment. All revision made on plan are clouded.
#1. Site plan: building height and set back.
1.1. Building Height:
Recalculate the building height according to City of Edmonds standard (on
handout B41). This calculation showed on site plan sheet A01 on the bottom
of site plan. Also, provide a proposed house south elevation to show the
details height.
1.2. Setbacks
Main entrance porch post is relocated to comply with the code sec.
16.20.040.C.
All stair height on front set back shown on the south elevation. Porch stairs
project into the setback are less than 4'; Eaves project into the setback showed
on site plan at front, rear, and sides. All eaves project into any setbacks are
less than 30".
All building plans revised accordingly in architectural plans.
East setback line changed as 25'. Added a note stated that "no modification
allowed within 25' of the east front setback.
#2. Building plans to reflect the site plan changes.
All building plans revised to reflect above changes. Sheet A02, A03, A04, A05,
A06, and all sections and details on A07 and A08.
