Please verify and revise as appropriate. 2) On Sheet Al, there is a decorative trellis shown over the double garage door. It appears that this feature would encroach into the required 25' street setback on the east but it isn't shown on Sheet SP -01 or the other building plans. If it is to remain, please show it on SP -01 and appropriate building plan sheets and verify it meets setbacks. Other reviewers may have additional comments. Submit a cover letter describing the revisions along with revised plans with changes called out (3 copies of site plan, 2 building plan). Thanks.
