This letter outlines the revisions and corrections made per your review comments dated February 29,
2016. Below is a list of the comment response documents addressing the comments and requests:
Sheet 1:
1. Sewer shall make a perpendicular connection from the property line to the main by
relocating the clean out or extending the sewer main.
Plans have been revised to utilize existing sewer stub near the northwest corner of the subject
property; existing sewer stub includes a slight angle to the site (see attached side sewer as -
built).
2. Storm shall make a perpendicular connection from the property line to the outfall.
Plans have been revised to provide a perpendicular connection to the existing stormwater
outfall/ditch along the west boundary of the site.
3. Storm main shall be extended to outfall north of driveway. A catch basin shall be installed
to connect existing main to the proposed main under driveway.
Catch basin added and the small section of open ditch has been piped and filled as requested.
4. See comment #10 [sic #11]. Revise detention catch basins to manholes.
Detention tank system revised to accommodate a type 2 manhole catch basin on outlet side of
system per discussions with staff.
5. Retaining wall cannot be located within the storm easement. Relocate or remove retaining
wall.
Retaining wall has been shifted out of existing 5' drainage easement as requested.
6. Please provide a copy of the storm easement AF8808240264.
Copy of recorded easement document attached.
7. Add note regarding reuse of sewer lateral;
"If re -using existing sewer lateral (from property line to City main): Condition must be
verified by Public Works Department. Contact Edmond's Sewer Division at 425-771-0235."
Sewer lateral note added to plans as requested.

Sheet 3:
1. Sheet has TP -01 label, please revise.
Sheet was name has been revised to SP -01 per sheet index on sheet 1; sheet 3 remains TP -01.
2. Please remove the driveway drainage note and cb 1 note from this plan.
Drainage note and CB 1 note removed from sheet 3.
3. Add note that drainage ditch flow shall be maintained during construction. Please add
detail of how that will be managed through the rock entrance prior to culvert installation.
Note to maintain drainage ditch flow during construction has been added to plans. Construction
sequence notes have been revised to schedule culvert install prior to rock construction entrance
installation.
Sheet 4:
1. Detention system using 30" pipe is required to have type 2 manholes. See Table 2 of
Handout E72A.
Detention tank system revised to accommodate a type 2 manhole catch basin on outlet side of
system per discussions with staff.
2. Orifice size shall be 5/8". See Table 1 of E72A. Please revise.
Orifice size has been revised to 5/8" per E72A for the proposed 30" detention pipe system.
