Mr. Kurniawan,
Upon review of your proposed project at 8929 220th ST SW the following comments are provided:
1. Please provide a more detailed access road and driveway plan with dimensions.
2. The fire access portion of your project will require a 20' fire lane.
3. City of Edmonds/Fire District 1 has a standard for fire lane markings.
4. The requirement of a fire turnaround is dependent on the length of your fire access road.
5. Water supply appears to be adequate.
6. Information: All single family homes with a fire area greater than 3000 sqft require a residential sprinkler
system. National average cost $1.60 ish per sq ft.
