Engineering, sealed by Greg Guillen on 2/8/2016 Dear Client, This letter is issued as a response to the City of Edmonds who desired specific clarification regarding the project and applicable Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) Sections 23.80.060 & 23.80.070. Our geotechnical review of the plans confirms full compliance with ECDC 23.80.060 & ECDC 23.80.070. As mentioned in our previous letter the addition is almost completely boxed in by the existing residence. In other words, the existing residence is between the proposed addition and the steep slopes. We do reiterate that that any captured water must be disposed of in a controlled manner to an approved facility. Ply me directly if there are any further questions.
