Thank you for your comments on the above referenced project and taking the time to speak
over the phone. Below are responses to comments related to the structural support of the
metal framing.
16. A note regarding allowable deflection has been added to detail 4/1-9.1.
18. A note regarding the allowable deflection has been added to detail 6/I-9.1. We have been
informed that the architect will add information regarding the screw specification as required
per the UL rating.
21. Per our conversation, Stabbert Engineering LLC has reviewed the note on detail 9/I-9.2
and finds it acceptable.

at least 1 foot would appear to allow that portion to meet the requirement for use
as an accessible service counter using a parallel approach at the end of the
