Thanks for the update. The owner has been dealing with a neighbor who pulled out a document addressing a height restriction that would have made this lot unbuildable. I think they are getting close to resolving it now because they just gave me the ok to move forward again and address city comments. Not sure what is happening with this project as there are responses due to all departments. If not issued by the expiration date a new application with fees will be required if they chose to move along with this project. Even resubmitting now would put us very close to that date. The resubmittal would need full approval from all departments.
