The warehouse currently has a demising wall separating the warehouse into a 6,000 sf space and a 10,000 sf space. We are interested in taking the smaller space. I have attached a rough floor plan of how we would like to utilize this space. We will not be using all 6,000 sf immediately, but plan to expand in to it within 2 years with one more studio space. Here are the questions we currently have, although I'm sure more will come up during the meeting: - What kind of business will we be classified as? ' A - Are we allowed to put a dance studio in to this type of space? - How does the permitting and approval from the city work, and what is the general lead tine'? -What would the occupancy restrictions be? - What modifications would be required to be made to the current sprinkler system? This building has very tall ceilings (24'+/-).
